I am so grateful to have the privilege to lead out in our Sunday morning gathering and to be available to our community for pastoral care ministry.
By way of introduction, I am an ordained church minister who grew-up Catholic, but has spent 30 years of my adult life in vocational church ministry with Adventist, Nondenominational Evangelical, and Southern Baptist churches, serving in both in pastoral and chaplain roles.
In years past I have served as a local church pastor with churches and ministries in Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and northeast Alabama. I have served as a hospital chaplain, with both independent, Baptist, and Catholic hospitals in Georgia, Florida, and here in Mobile, Alabama with Providence Hospital.
You can read a message I share for other former SDA members at the “Are you a former Adventist, too?” page.
You can read about my personal conversion story of how I met Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, bringing me a new purpose, identity, and a God-given plan for my life! – “Teenage Wasteland.”
I live in west Mobile, Alabama with my beautiful wife Steph, two of my four children still at home, two others close by in Mobile, our family pet Keef, and I have two grandchildren.
In addition to my pastoral care ministries with West Mobile Bible Fellowship, I have an active ministry with beach wedding officiating for destination do-it-yourself brides looking for an evangelical vocational pastor to officiate here along the Gulf Coast beaches and at our Wedding Chapel ceremonies.
COFFEE & CONVERSATION…
If you live in the Gulf Coast area or will be in the area, I will be happy to sit down with you over a cup of coffee at a Starbucks or at our chapel to talk about pastoral care issues that you may want an ear and/or some insight on. Please contact me and I ‘ll be happy to arrange a meet-up.
